Wedding FAQs

Q. Do you charge by the hour?

We do not charge by the hour. We will remain at your wedding from service to reception until the program is finished and the party in progress. We will inform you when we are ready to leave.

Q. What about starting from home?

This is clearly outlined in our Price List. You can choose a package that starts from the dressing or you can pay for it separately.

Q. Are the prices the same for Hindu/ Muslim Weddings?

Since Hindu and Muslim weddings vary based on number of days, hours and venues, please visit our studio to discuss the details of your wedding and we will customize a package.

Q. How long will my photos/videos be ready?

This depends on our work load, however, most clients get their items within one (1) month after their wedding. If we are not too busy you can get it sooner.

Q. Can we customize the packages?

Yes this can be accommodated once you are reasonable with your request.

Q. What is the quality of your video?

All of our videos are produced in HD quality. (1920 X 1080P) Subscribe to our Youtube Channel to see some samples of our work.

Q. Will our wedding photos be watermarked?

We do not watermark your photos. We provide you with prints and digital copies without any watermarks. Only those that appear on our website and Social Media pages are watermarked.

Q. What is your cancellations/refund policy?

We only accommodate one booking per day so once a downpayment is made we will not take any other bookings for that day. If a cancellation is made, we may have turned away other bookings. As such, in the case of a cancellation, we will determine, based on each individual circumstance, whether to issue a refund or if to credit the client with another service or on another day.

Q. Do you do weddings in Tobago and are there additional costs?

YES we do weddings in Tobago and YES there are additional costs. Please contact us for further details. For weddings outside of T&T you should also visit our studio or contact us.

Q. What are your wedding photography and/or video prices?

A. Please visit our Price List to view our various packages.

Q. How can I book your services?

A 50% Downpayment is required to book our services. You only pay the balance after the wedding when collecting your photos/video. We accept cash, EndCash, Wipay and bank deposits. Kindly fill out the Booking Form with all the details of your wedding.
